My room was at the very end and was very quiet. The pool is wonderful. Malik and Vicky are awesome! Very friendly and customer service orientated. I would recommend this hotel

Very helpful employees and they always were happy and willing to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks to jennie and all the employees Angie, Amanda, Vicki, and the very nice man I can't spell his name but he was awesome as well
Very clean, quiet and pleasant place to lay your head. Tastefully decorated, up to date amenities, convenient to shopping, gas and there's a McDonald's right next door and a walmart just a half a mile away. The pool area is warm and inviting and the water is warm like bath water. They have a nice lobby and breakfast area with a flat screen tv. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go there. The front desk person even remembered my name. Very kind and courteous!!!
The guy was an amazing employee. The lady employee smoking outside the front door was polite but shouldn't be smoking by the front entrance. Bedding could use a upgrade. Microwave and outlet need to be worked on. Pool was nice but sucked that hot tub wasn't working.
The staff at knights inn went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend staying here. Again thank you so much Vicki for all your help...
Take your own pillows. No breakfast(covid)pool closed(covid) the shower knob was broken. Other than that ok.
Room not so clean ... I Checkin after midnight. Was Charged the full price witch was fine But when I asked to check out 30 min later I Has told not even 1 min later Housekeeping started banging on the door @ 915am and again 930am
