We began using Lawn Dawg more than 10 years ago, mainly because as new homeowners we pretty much destroyed our lawn within a few years by trying to take care of it ourselves. Lawn Dawg turned our disaster into a soft lush green oasis within 2 years. Our yard sees a lot of use over the spring, summer and fall and we KNOW it will always be a place we can enjoy thanks to Lawn Dawg. They keep to the stated treatment schedule, but are flexible if you need to change it. Their technicians and office personnel have always been polite and professional. I especially appreciate the emailed newsletter and other updates/information. We would not consider any other company for this service.

Been a Lawndawg customer for two years, and have loved them!! For their price and care-free maintenance, you can't beat them! Seriously, a month ago they were 5 stars. ... until now. I recently received a letter announcing their acquisition by TruGreen. Around that time I've been bumped multiple times citing staffing/weather as excuse. The first few were immediately rescheduled. Now, since the letter, nothing. Additionally, website and phones are down. As expected (and the reason I chose lawndawg) TruGreen is in it for clientele and leads and not for customer service. I firmly believe I've already had my last LawnDawg treatment and time to, one again, find an alternative. Draw your own conclusions, but be proactive and check on your service calls. I Know of them doing the bare minimum and rushing through. I also don't believe they're using pet friendly chemicals, though that may have changed (be sure to ask if that's important to you).
