Just giving it a random star rating. Went to stop In today, only to be told the retail business closed about six months ago. They only do things like remote start install now. A tattoo parlor is in its place. Business info needs to be updated.

I had scheduled to have a new stereo and speakers installed in my car. On the morning of my installation, I had to postpone, then cancel my appointment, as I am diabetic and had woke to an extremely high blood sugar level and was ill and not able to drive. Later in the day, I called and texted to reschedule and was refused service, as he said by canceling, he had no confidence that I would show up the second time if I had not canceled the first time and that I had disrespected him and had no regard for his time or his business... i really wish I could have done business with him, but now realize that anyone who treats a customer with potentially hundreds of dollars of business and potentially hundreds of referrals like this isn't worthy of my time, respect or money and I recommend anyone who needs a car stereo, paintball gun or equipment or even eat at Subway in Litchfield, please go elsewhere, he doesn't deserve your money or your time...

I have driven a great distance on multiple occasions only to find out that i have wasted my time. No one is ever at this business. Also the store hours are useless unless you LIVE in Litchfield. This is why small businesses close because they are not very accessible to their possible customers:(
I've been coming here for 20 years, great staff that always gives advice when in doubt or have questions about your set up! Prices are great and always has deals !
