I recently moved here after living in big cities my whole life and the Vibrant Broadband is the best internet I’ve ever had. I was skeptical about the fixed wireless but it is better than any hard line cable internet I’d ever experienced. They recently switched me to fiber and I haven’t even noticed a difference cause it worked so well with the fixed wireless. Who knew I’d have to move out to the country to get amazing internet!

My family informed me they been out of power sents 2 am. Mar 29th 2020. Have you now my grandchildren are getting cold. It was around 6.pm.

Put a box in my yard for their Internet service claimed I could mow over it with my lawn mower. I wrecked my mower going over it. Would not pay to fix it. Claimed no proof! I called over 20 times and left messages never got a call back! Worse customer service ever and very rude!

I've NEVER had service like this from a (Gov/County etc.) department. Ever! KIND, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EMPATHETIC, HELPFUL.....the list goes on. They went WAY out of their way when I first set up service . They've been that way ever since.
