I took my 17 year old daughter here to cash her 1st pay check. This should of been a happy experience for her. It wasn't, the teller was rude to her. Because my daughter doesn't have an account with them and didn't want to open one with them. She had to take a seat and wait for someone else to verify her check. Which my daughter works for McDonald's an their account is with Bank of America.To make a long story short. My daughter and I left without cashing her check. Will never go back to that branch again.

Great bank, super customer service. Mngt is great, I use to live 10min from this bank on Dysart and Osborn. I moved to N Buckeye off of the 303 and Bell Rd and i still use this bank, as I consider it to be my home bank
I just left was waiting in line for 45 min they have ONE person working with about 4-5 other workers just walking around or talking while there is 10-15 people in line that goes out the door.. ridiculous To top it off that ONE person working doesn’t have money in her register to give change out to the customers... took an extra 10min so she could give 49 cents to a customer..
Ahhhh Bank of America, the Walmart of banks. 10 people in line and 2 tellers. They wonder why I always refuse an account other than my Credit Card
Bank of America Customer Service is the worst, I’ve had an account with them for the las 25 years and never have I seen quality service
Have had excellent banking experiences at this location. Bank is within minutes of my home. Open Saturday's.
There is always a line & they are VERY rude. Idk if its because our last name is Chavez, but my husband had to wait 45min for the manager to verify his check & got mad because he said no he doesn't want to open up an account with them.
Victoria must not be a morning person. She wasn't rude but man, she wasn't very friendly either. I hope your morning gets better.
