Apparently the hours are temporarily changed but the website does not reflect that. I checked first before driving as fast as I could to get to chase before 6 only to rush up to the doors and find a paper taped to the front saying "sorry hours changed". It really needs to be reflected on the website. It's really super frustrating, especially now in this traffic, to fight to get here on time- -when I did my due diligence and checked first before even leaving.

I went in there with out my ID cause I had forgotten it but i was close by so I decided to still give it a chance and see if they can help me, but Chris working there on March 8 around 11 am was the rudest person ever, all he had to say was “no you need a form of ID” or anything else or something else but instead he was like why would you think to come to a bank w/o id making me feel dumb.

Bank Employees are Nice, No Problems with transferring my banking from out of state. I would say the place seems overwhelmed on weekends, and may be chronically understaffed.

Bank needs serious attention worst experience ever!!! Branch Manager name of James is extremely rude to customers, I have no idea on how he got the job. He needs to be checked on because that is no way on how a person can talk to other people who are loyal customers!!

Said opens at 9am. Employees wondering around talking while it's 9:10 still. Then, I just wanted a cashier's check, it took them 20 minutes to tell me they couldn't do it.wasted 40 minutes of my time. Went down the street to the other Chase and they got it done in 2 minutes. Don't go to this bank they don't know what they're doing.

I had great service from the Teller Ana when I made my deposit, I have no complaints there. 5 stars for her! My one star review goes to the bald headed man that's a banker I believe? I asked him what the 6 month CD rate was and he pointed it out to me and said "it's a minimum of 10,000 though" and then turned away as if he was assuming I didn't meet that small requirement? He showed no interest in helping me further, so then I walked out. Looks like I'll be taking my money elsewhere after all these years with chase.

Wanted to open TWO new accounts. Waited 30 minutes only to be told they were to busy, we'd have to come back. We tried three times and still have been unable to open the accounts. We went elsewhere.

horrible phone experience, barely speaks english, had to explain 3 times that I wanted to open 3 accounts and then when I told the upper level manager, he said she was great, obviously he has no clue and I will take my business elsewhere. Her name was lily and his vasquez. He had no concerns to hear about the bad reviews, and made my decision easy to find another bank.
