Mike was very professional, kept his word, showed up when he said he would, completed the removal of the old system and installed the new system in record time in my eyes (5 hours), and it included duct work changes. He took his time and helped me understand the Lennox XC20 system I was looking at, and coached me on not spending money on products I didn't need for efficiency, which I greatly appreciated. I got three quotes from other companies and his non-gouging price saved me thousands over the other major competitors, literally thousands. Such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Cooler Tymes to my friends and family.
AC unit went out. Cooler Tymes was able to come out same day and give us and estimate that was competitive to other AC systems, but offered a Lennox system and has a 3 year labor warranty (most only have a year). the system they installed works great and he has followed up to make sure all of our needs were met. Would highly recommend.
A big THANK YOU to Mike @ CoolerTymes. My AC compressor stopped working; contacted Mike Monday and he was out Tuesday morning early and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, so a fairly inexpensive fix. But can't say enough about the fast response time. House was cool again less than an hour later. Mike and gang also replaced the AC coil a couple of years ago (coil was under warranty) and they did a great job then too. Love their honesty and speed of service.
Mike was able to come out early the next morning (Saturday) after a late afternoon call the day before, which was perfect for me. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived promptly with great communication. He quickly identified the issue and was able to repair on-site. I have been in the construction business for quite some time and any big box HVAC company not only would have charged me an excessive amount for the same repair, but would have falsely try to upsell me on things I didn't need using scare tactics. That is their job, unfortunately. Mike's pricing was more than fair and likely cheaper than what a big box company would have charged. He explained things in great detail as well, which I really appreciated. I will need to replace both of my units soon and I will definitely be using Cooler Tymes to do that! Thanks again Mike and Cooler Tymes!!!
