I've been extremely pleased with the professionalism, quality and service from Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. The tech team installed my system and it runs like a charm. They also did an annual maintenance and I was very impressed with the time and care they put into the service. The sales rep is also so pleasant to talk with when I call to ask a question or schedule a maintenance. Great service at a great price.

We had our furnace and AC installed a month ago, we started to have issues with our thermostat. It’s was Saturday at 6pm, made the call to Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. They advised a tech would call and within 10 mins I received a call! Tech was professional and prompt, and willing to fix it right away! From the estimate to the install to having Mark come out on a Saturday night, our experience has been amazing! Highly recommend!

Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. guys are so awesome! We had you come out to our house last year since our AC went out and you were able to fix it very quickly. Unfortunately our AC went out again and you came out to us at 10PM and fixed the issue in 5 minutes! It's a bummer having an old system. Thank you SO much!! You have no idea how much that meant to us. We have a 5 year old and a 12 week old baby. We can't thank you enough! Brian's wife was very understanding and very helpful as well! Thank you!!!!!

This was a great experience all around. I had same day service, estimate, and repairs done on my A/C unit. Mark the technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. He addressed the problem I called about and fixed it in a timely manner and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me on new units. Unfortunately, I had another company out before Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. and they did not address the problem, tried to sell me on new units and left me with a broken a/c. A friend referred me to Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. and told me they are honest and just the best! I completely agree! I highly recommend them!
