They have always been extremely helpful in planning our trips and staying within our budget if at all possible. If our trip goes above the budget we get a good explanation for it and we can determine if there are things we can cut or go above the budget. Their office is very warm and inviting and we have always felt welcomed. We haven't been disappointed yet with any of our trips!

My mother and I went in and were excited to see that he was writing down everything we said as far as budgets and necessities were concerned, but when he called us back to tell us what he could find, he was giving us rates that were THOUSANDS of dollars more than our budget. We told him that this would not do and that we needed to stick to our budget. He called us back with figures that were still well above our budget and that's when it became clear to us that he was only concerned with lining is pockets and not actually trying to help us plan our trip. Please do not waste your time here, I now have less than two weeks to plan my vacation because I wasted so long trying to give this agency the benefit of the doubt.
My uhaul truck was new, nice and clean. The gentleman that helped me was very nice
