We came for spring break March 31-April 3. We stayed in the 2C building which has rooms that overlook the Oasis pool. We loved the Oasis pool. The tower pool which has the water slides was too crowded for us. No one wore masks and there was no where to sit even early in the day. At 730-8pm we would go over to that pool and there was hardly anyone there. No bar at the oasis pool during the week so we went over to the tower pool area to get drinks but they were very pricey. Our room was nice and roomy for 2 adults and 2 children. We ordered a microwave for 25 a day. The grounds are very nice. We walked over to the restaurants next to the hotel for breakfast and dinner. Loved how we could text the hotel with any issues and they would respond back right away. Overall we enjoyed soaking up the sun at the pool with all the palm trees around us for Spring Break.

best service I've ever experienced. I've never felt so attended to and pampered. Amazing food, breathtaking views and colorful lovebirds nest throughout the property. It was a little piece of heaven and we don't even golf! The warm pools are huge with a water slide and even has a kids club. Felt so safe, kids were playing games outside freely, 3 restaurants and attentive concierge. the gardens are breathtaking. Beautiful grounds you can stroll forever and stumble upon spas, bars etc in your golf cart. I love this place. It isn't cheap and plan for resort fees though, caught me off-guard as it wasn't planned for and added up quickly

Amazing experience the rooms are big and the bathroom is amazing but one thing I would complain about is the oasis pool, where it said 4’1/2 feet was a mistake because I’m 5’4 and I almost drowned and my friends went to get me and the water was up to their chin so I would maybe change that. But other than that it’s amazing place for vacation (I LOVE THE BATH)

Beautiful and quiet area. Very serene with much to do. Golf course was well maintained and the people there seemed friendly. Definitely worth checking out sometime if your in the area!

Great place to stay. Even though Arizona lifted their mask mandate, the Wig Wam showed that they cared for their employees and customers by enforcing it and by allowing for contactless check in and check out. It was a lovely room and beautiful gardens. The pools were amazing and relaxing! All individuals were amazing and nice. The 2 issues we had were minor but, should be noted. We paid a lot to stay in the Adobe Terrace Room 2 queen beds but, the beds were fairly uncomfortable...I wasn't expecting that. The other was it was hard to get toilet paper to your room. We stayed 3 nights with 4 people in the room but, only had 2 rolls of toilet paper...we needed more. But, other than that, perfect experience!

Beautiful grounds. Pool was fun, got there too late for the slide unless it's closed for covidreasons (?) Everyone was friendly. Would go back to explore more amenities, golf and tennis maybe, and see if they update more. Quaint spot.

The Christmas Buffet at the Ballroom was fabulous and well worth the money. I had a wonderful time with my family and ate until I waddled out of the Wigwam.... We will definitely be doing it next year!!!

This place has a cool retro vibe. The rooms are enormous!! The bathroom tubs look like something of a cow trough and a soaking tub from the 50s had a baby. The soap pumps in the shower look like something in a PE department from the 70s! Overall the grounds are nice and looked like a set out of a movie!
