When my partner and I began our search for a house this past fall, we knew it would be a challenge to find something in this market. Lucky for us, we had Tony Rosa on our side. He was referred to us by my parents, whose house he sold a couple of years ago. My parents had been referred to him by my mom's sister, and everyone raved about the quality of his customer service, and his kindness and honesty. Tony was super responsive to every text message and email we sent and phone call we made. As soon as we asked to see a property, he got right to work for us, sending us property disclosures, setting up property walkthroughs and open house visits, and conducting research on properties. We visited about a dozen houses, and we placed three offers on properties. Tony put together for us competitive offers on properties, and taught us the tricks of the trade in being successful in a seller's market. While we did not get the first two properties, the third time was the charm: We bought the house of our dreams and have been busy making it a home for a few weeks now. From the offer to the closing, Tony walked us through everything with patience and a wealth of information that made us confident in him and our purchase. I strongly recommend working with Tony as a buyer and/or seller. His commitment to his clients is top-notch, and, while we plan to stay here a while, his number will remain in our phones for all future sales and purchases!
