I love this smoothie king! I've been coming here for years and one main girl, super sweet, I'll have to grab her name, is always so helpful and even remembers my order! I adore her spirit! I called them on 10/6 and let them know I ordered my smoothie at a different location by accident, they still made it for me and had it waiting in the freezer. I walked in and the other young lady stated my order and handed it to me, they both recognized me! I felt so welcomed. If corporate is reading this please identify and shout out these 2 young ladies. I came in around 6:30 on 10/6 and I order the banana berry treat w/peanut butter, they'll know Great location, great service!

There was a fingernail in one of the 2 smoothies and the owner wouldn't give me a full refund because one smoothie was thrown away before I was able to take it back( this smoothie belonged to my co-worker. She was grossed out immediately) I brought one smoothie and the nail with me to show them( the nail was in my smoothie). The owner, Towanda, didn't apologize she proceeded to make excuses and tell me she's only giving me back 1 refund. Her approach was rude and unprofessional. I am completely disgusted by the service and the fingernail, yuck. All this for 14.....lost a customer for life! Customer service is really simple, especially when you have the evidence....
They were super busy but kept everything organized and served the customers as efficiently as they could. They did well.
I wouldn't even give them a star. The people are rude, you can't read the meau. You ask them what's on the meau they don't know themselves. I ordered a smoothie for my daughter and it was full of peanut butter. I asked can we exchange for another one the rude b---- wouldn't exchange she had the nerve to ask me can I read it's a sign right there. If you won't poor customer service this is the place to go. They need to close this store.
When you call they tell you that you can’t order ahead. But you see this hanging when you arrive to order in person..

Not the typical standard of Smoothie King. Ordered with a friend - we had 2 different smoothies. Saw the girl top my smoothie off with my friends smoothie....
I ordered two smoothies. One was not made well and had a watery taste (the smoothie was the Mango Kale sub banana for pineapple). The other a Lemon Twist with sweetened strawberry was subpar. When asked to replace the one that tasted poorly, the staff told me no even though it doesn’t taste well. I am disappointed as this is my favors smoothie flavor & I have been coming here for years.
