Not pleased with service. Order was not complete. French fries were missing. Order slushes but machine was down. Replaced with lower priced soda. Asked for mustard for corn dogs. Got a bag dull if ketchup.

Ordered through the app when I arrived , I was told they hadn’t received it and it wasn’t paid for. After being able to pull up my receipt on the app and showing the pending transaction on my banking app they decided to go ahead and make it even though it hadn’t showed up yet. Customer service was good but I waited over 35 minutes for a slushy and chicken slider , which was made incorrectly no sauce or pickles was on the sandwich and I didn’t notice until I arrived back to work ️\u200d️
It never fails....No matter what time of day it is or what day of week it is they mess up my order. I got a cheeseburger with no mayonnaise and the burger ended up having so much mayonnaise it was unreal. I also got a Butterfinger blast and it's mostly milk. It's not thick at all. It's Butterfinger and milk. The tater tots were cold. this really is the worst Sonic in the whole United states. Update.... I don't know why but I tried it again today and it was pathetic. The app wasn't working. I ordered a blast and they filled it up maybe three fourths of the way for 5 and then told me their reasoning was because they were out of dome lids. Worst Sonic ever!!!
I ordered pretzel sticks and a large chili cheese tot. After 40 minutes they came outside to let me know that they were out pretzel sticks. after another 20 minutes they came out with my large chili cheese tots that were just quickly thrown together and didn't even fill up the whole tray. I was very dissatisfied with my visit.
I have tried calling this store since I got home with my order. I ordered the new garlic bacon burger, mozzarella sticks and a blast. The only thing right was the blast. My burger was burnt. There was no bacon and no garlic. My mozzarella sticks were all breading, no cheese and burnt as well. I was not able to return to the store so I called and nobody has answered. I will not be returning to this location. I don't suggest anyone else try it either.
