I waited to the last minute to have the distressed bricks I was using to build my raised garden engraved. I spoke with Mr. Troy and he assured me he could have it completed without delaying my brick mason. The bricks came out awesomely and it was completed on time. I appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service.

My mother passed in August and, due to Covid, it was difficult to find someone to engrave her headstone. We tried several companies and each one gave us the runaround and could not quote a lead time for the job. After contacting The Engraving House, Troy, the owner was able to quote a date for the engraving. The day of the engraving the office assistant Marginae called to inform me that the engraver was on the way. Mario called when he arrived and the job was completed in less than an hour. Thank you so much for a job well done and for your professionalism.

Incredible customer service. Beautiful work and installed with care. They made a head stone for my husband it was amazing he was a navy vet they made his head stone honoring his service made it easy and convenient. Great price too. I wish I could give them more stars.
