My order was done in a timely manner and was correct. Only complaint I have is a lot of the packs lost their vacuum seal by the time I got home. If you put these in the freezer, they will be ruined

I was VERY direct with order form and wanted think cut steaks. I called to follow up to make sure he understood my request for ribeye 1 bone thick, 2” thick TBones, and how to cut roasts. The steaks showed up freezer packed but to my horror when I opened them there were razor thin slices packed 3-4 in a bag to make us look like thicker steaks. The TBones were also about 1/2” tick and the filet went missing. This guy might be okay to make Deer Jerky but for butchering a steer I would steer clear.

Head and cape was not refrigerated and taxidermist could not use the cape as the hair was falling off. Also had some meat packs not properly vacuum sealed.
