Had a pretty bad experience while returning an item. One of my items was broken, another was a large Christmas lantern. When I handed it to the man at the register, he (Dennis) immediately said this is missing glass & greenery off of it. I said yes I believe it was supposed to have glass. Then he started speaking to another employee as I was trying to tell him it was the last red one, and an employee had to get it off a top shelf for me when I was there this morning. He completely ignored me and continued talking about me and how the item was missing things. Then he called a manager and she came over and they continued to speak about me & the lantern. I said there was another white one on the shelf that had broken glass in it...they completely ignored me AGAIN and continued talking over me. I only gave 3 stars because they refunded me full amount, but I found it extremely rude that they were accusing me of removing glass and other items from this lantern. Mind you, one employee had to retrieve this item for me from a top shelf this morning, and another rang me up (Rachel), and neither said...this is missing things from it before letting me purchase it. And I actually liked the way it looked, only returned because it was too large for my fireplace.
