I am shamefully leaving this review after 3 years of attending this office I can tell you with complete assurance that they only care about the .I have a special needs daughter that needs extra care from the doctor and sometimes we need paperwork filled out due to her needs. Every single time I need anything I have to set an appointment . Her diagnosis doesnt go away. It's been the same since we started there. Thankfully I found a better provider and this last situation was the end of what's been....at best....neglectful care.

I can't add a negative star. So here's 1 that really means 0. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I was spoken over and interrupted after asking questions about an appointment to give my baby vaccines. After the staff member (nurse and receptionist) interrupted me and raised their voice at me, I calmly said: maybe this isn't our practice. The nurse said: ok! Awesome!! And hung up. The doctor's methods are old old school. The creams for diaper rash he recomends are outdated and not sold In the US. After I asked if delayed vaccinations were ok - he said: \sure! You know more than I do. You tell me what to do. \ -__-. Negative stars.

I have a six-month infant and have been attending Little House Pediatrics since my baby was born. I have loved the experience since day one. Dr. Torres is very professional and interacts really well with me and my daughter. She is very knowledgeable in her practice and I trust her guidance. The medical assistants have also been very professional and kind. You can tell that they really love working with children. The office assistants have also been very helpful and professional since day one. In the beginning they helped me figure out an insurance issue that I had and they were super helpful and supportive. Although they are busy processing paperwork and attending to patients, I have never felt as though they were rude or disinterested in attending me. The facility itself is always clean, very hygienic, and kid friendly and I really appreciate this. The office location is also great. There is always parking and I always feel safe. Overall, I really enjoy being a part of the Little House Pediatrics family.

Negative review if I could! I never leave reviews but I am beyond frustrated. Extremely difficult to talk to a live person. They do not return calls when you leave a message. Office staff is rude and makes you feel like you are bothering them. Was finally able to get a real person on the phone to reschedule my kids appointments. Took time off work, pulled kids out of school early only to be told we didn’t have an appointment in the books! How does this happen! We will be going elsewhere even if the location is not as convenient! 01/08/19 - to add to what a joke this establishment is, just received a bill in the mail for a test done on my daughter in 2017! Their excuse...they were too under staffed and had to hire a billing company to go through their payments and are just now catching up!!!
