This business is, at best, very unreliable. I contacted them last year for a tune-up, and they were happy to take appointments but would not keep them. The technician, Bob, would simply not show, and would not bother to call. This went on for three weeks, with me constantly rescheduling after their no-call, no-shows. Bob apologized and said that he thought I was another customer they had been having problems with, and offered to discount his services for the tune-up. He came that same day, but didn't bother to keep his word about discounting his services. This year, I made an appointment to repair my lawnmower, and once more, they took the appointment (booked two weeks in advance), and on the date of the appointment, they simply didn't bother to call or show.

Mower wouldn't start. Called and they showed up to my house within a few days. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes (cleaned carburetor and replaced air filter soaked with oil) and had my mower running like new again! Price was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to others.
Bob does great work! For years I used to pay from my equipment to be picked up and pay again to have it dropped off. The wait would be agonizing. The concept is great and the service is top notch. Additionally, the price is right.
Called and booked an appointment for someone to come check out our snow blower on a Saturday. Admittedly, I'm sure Saturdays are a pretty popular day to call, but it took over an hour to get past a busy signal (didn't realize businesses still used these) and a couple of calls as my first connection was dropped. I was finally able to schedule a service trip that at the earliest was 11 days out. I was fine with this since there wasn't more snow in the forecast, but when the day arrived they were a no show. I called the office and again had to try multiple times due to busy signals and when I finally got through, I was put on hold multiple times while they figured out what went wrong. It turns out they never actually booked the appointment on their end that I had scheduled with them. They found the record of me calling and I was told that I would get a call back within the hour to reschedule if I still wanted to, to which I said yes. However, I never got that call back and I don't plan on trying to call again. It's a shame because I really liked the setup of having a tech come to me at my home, but now I'll be looking for service elsewhere.
Very happy with the service. I was thrilled to hear he had a cancellation, and was able to come out the same day.
