This is a great gym. In a great family very middle class community. It’s been here for decades and more mature clients. 2 saunas and larger swimming pool . Many workout classes motivates us to exercise. We will miss it a lot. All the wonderful trainers and staff always very friendly and helpful.

This place is gross! Layers of dust old and broken machines, broken, rusty lockers. 4 stair machines only one works consistently. Old broken machines some of which are never fixed. They have an answer for everything too. No AC or poor A.C. their response is its good to sweat. Many people passed out in this gym including me. When firefighters came to carry me from locker room to ambulance they said the ventilation is poor to none. Filthy is an understatement too. They also scammed and cx my lifetime membership in order to increase my membership dues. If you google them there were and are a few lawsuits against them. The one star was bc the location is convenient . Do not reccomened. Reccomened you find a better gym. 4 out of 4 step.machines broken for about a year and they never fix them. They take signs down n put back up..

The worst gym my wife and I have ever experienced. This location has a pool and disgusting unhygenic locker room facilities. Huge disappointment. Despite 24 Hour Fitness Center breaking our contract and our insistence on resigning, 24 Hour Fitness Center Little Neck continues to steal our money. Absolutely horrific. See pictures. The worst.
Do not try to get a membership in here. Because of my schedule I had to cancel the membership. I had to come 4 times because they say manger is not there . They toll me you can freeze account for 10 dollars per month and they were not friendly. And staff is very rude
By far the most deplorable customer service. The girl with unkept braids was obnoxious and had no idea how to do assist guests and the supervisor who looked well beyond retirement age was obnoxious as well. I assumed it was just our interaction until I watched her intervene in a phone call with another staff member and gym member automatically calling the woman a liar for mentioning an injury he/she sustained while at the gym. I’m appalled at the lack of basic customer service skills and professionalism. Whoever is responsible for those hires needs to be retrained expeditiously.

I saw people fixing up the bathroom (painting). They have some clean shower curtains. They have two whirlpools. Sweet! They have two large visible clocks, one for the whirlpools and the other for the swimming pool. My wish is a chair to sit in front of the mirror to fix my hair. This place is wonderful.
Just joined two weeks ago n now the location will be permanently closed? Why would you sign people up knowing this?! No reimbursement for initiation fee, and if you've prepaid for a year, oh boy you got scammed, no refund!!
