Dr. Casteel was excellent! Saw her starting at around 5 years old until I became an adult. My family would drive 2 hours one way just to take me to my doctor's appointments with her. I would highly recommend as she is very gentle, understanding and willing to help in any way she can.

Don’t know about the staff these days .After my son had a liver transplant at 6 mo old , Dr. Butler was my sons G.I. doctor for the next 17 years She was incredible, compassionate and very understanding as a mom . Wish we could of had her for the adult times. ️
Dr.Casteel has been my doctor basically since birth.I was born with major gastric issues that she resolved.I am forever grateful for her, thanks to her I can enjoy life and not live in pain.
We had been waiting for over a month just to get an appointment scheduled at Arkansas Children's Hospital when someone I know referred me to Dr. Casteel. We were able to get an appointment promptly and the visit went very well. The staff was very professional and I feel that Dr. Casteel was thorough and took her time answering our questions. We then had another appointment scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Casteel and that experience was just as pleasant as the first. I have had some questions regarding test results and medications since then and the nurse has been extremely responsive and timely in getting back to me. I will definitely refer Dr. Casteel to others who are seeking Pediatric Gastroenterology care.
We called up to the office to see when our appointment was. We ended up having to cancel it. The lady in the office lied and said we didn’t cancel our appointment so now we owe 50 to even get to go back. We don’t have that money to spare now my kid can’t go to see the doctor when my kid needs too. I’m not happy with this place at all. It’s been like this place for years. The doctor needs to fire the receptionist in the office.
