The staff was very nice and were passionate about giving us a great escape room experience. They have 2 rooms, one with about a 35% success rate and the other 50%-55%. The Heist room was moderately difficult, not something that could’ve been done easily especially those new to escape rooms. We needed some nudges but once we started unlocking clues we gained momentum and was able to complete it in time. You must have a creative mind when attacking these rooms at MasterMind! I can’t wait to go back and try their second room.
Absolutely loved this place! Alex was super sweet and explained everything we needed clearly. Even whenever I messed up she came in and fixed it. And on top of that she gave us a few more minutes because I couldn’t get to a object because of my mistake. Awesome customer service and definitely will be coming back with even more people!
My friends and I went for the first time tonight, and had a awesome time! I can’t remember the names of the two girls that helped us (one had girly short, curly hair), but they were so helpful and fun! We escaped with a minute and a half to spare. Will definitely itself be back!
Alex was the best game master ever! Me and my friends had a blast! It was our first time and we enjoyed every moment.
