I had a situation that occurred on the 20th of December that was catastrophic to my property. Suffice it to say that had the next door neighbors not let the sewer main over flow for six days, none of this would have happened. I spoke with a gentleman named Michael Kline who went out of his way to help me. I could not have been better taken care of. The city waste water crew got the over flow repaired within 30 minutes . They sent a hazardous waste crew to clean on two separate occasions. Michael is the Event Planner for Little Rock but apparently this situation comes under his jurisdiction . He was polite, caring, and attentive to my problem and spoke on my behalf at the committee meeting . Thanks to Michael, this has not been nearly as horrible as it could have been
