So I really was thinking of adopting from this place because, looking at the reviews and hoping they aren't paid reviews, they seem pretty nice. When I went inside all was good. However I didn't like the staff at that moment. They were talking to me in a way I felt was suggesting something rude towards me. By the way everything looked well organized and stuff, it looked nice, but the problem here is the staff. I really don't know the process of placing volunteers here, but before they do that I recommend they need some sort of interview with a higher up, and (dont think this happens but..) not just say \OK you're in\ and then they are really mean. So if you go here just watch out for the staff. But overall a neat place.

Little shelter was amazing since we walked in. They are all so helping in the process and made everything a lot easier. We were torn once we walked in to the kitty room. And that’s when our little kitty baby found us. It’s was love at first purrr. I would highly recommend Little Shelter to anyone looking to adopt, very knowledgeable, helpful and thought people. Thank you little shelter for my kitty.

Do not go here! When we first went there to look for a cat the worker Tracy was rude and unwelcoming. Then when we chose a cat to take home, they automatically became excited and nicer because of the money they were about to get from us. The cat didn’t eat at all when it came to our house and he hid under our dresser so we went back to return it. They wouldn’t give us our money back and weren’t nice about it. Basically all they care about it the money they get from people’s wallets but not the customer's actual experience. We don’t recommend it and will never go back

My family and I had been looking for a a puppy for months. We contacted multiple rescues, and shelters and filled out all the necessary information and we hadn’t heard anything. Little Shelter made our family whole again when they introduced us to our new fur baby. I’m convinced, the pup chooses you. The staff was absolutely wonderful, kind and caring with us as the adopters but with the animals as well. The facility is clean too. We couldn’t be happier. ️ ️️️️

I adopted Stella (formally named Roxie) from Little Shelter 2 years ago. She is the perfect little angel and escape artist. She remains to be 100% healthy and I am delighted with the staff and the facility. Stella lives with her 17 year old pug step-brother( BOO) and the 2 are wonderfully delicious fur children. When it is Boo's time, I certainly will return to Little Shelter . I often visit and attend events just to feel the love . She is depicted here as a cheerleader for Halloween. I uploaded a photo but it does not show on the review
