Throughout the process (which believe me wasn't simple as with most house purchases) they kept me informed, and tried the utmost best for me the whole way through. From my first viewing to putting in an offer--everything was followed up by them straight away. I really felt like they had time for me and they had a human touch. We have had our house on the market with Face to Face for two weeks and sadly, due to my partner being surprisingly furloughed, have had to pull it off the market again.
