Hi I am stuck and don’t know what to do I am been a type 2 diabetic on tablets I moved from my old doctors in August after moving 100 miles away Since I registered at the new doctors they haven’t requested me for diabetes review or been given me any diabetes medication as they did not book me in to see a diabetic nurse till just before the lockdown and I still not had any tablet or testing strips or needles I have not been told my blood test results I have been feeling in well keep getting heart palpitations and blurry vision Don’t know if this is because I not been on any Medication So I got fed up of it today do I call up the doctors I spoke to the practitioner spoke to her calmly never lost my temper but 30 minutes later a doctor phone me me and started shouting at Me say I was abusing their member of staff I was with 4 members of my family during this phone call he then said he didn’t need me as a patient but will to put it down as a miss Understanding So I have been to a other doctors and asked if try are taking on. I just don’t know what I can do if any one can help me.

Terrible practice who do not follow through on their commitments to customers. More than once I was informed that I would get a call back to which I didn't. As I work an hour away communication is very important to me to be able to make appointments and collect prescriptions. Due to their lack of communication I have been left in pain without required treatment for two days leading to my symptoms getting worse. No sympathy from the practice, no apologies! You killed my aunt through lack of negligence and maybe I should have changed my doctors then!!!

I was a patient here but I had to leave. Though most of the staff I had seen were very nice, I had one doctor that was just awful (Dr Muhammed Mughal). He was impatient, he didn't have any interest in what I was trying to say. He was very rude to my partner, ending with her in tears. He finished my 10 minute appointment after 2-3 minutes, fobbing me off with a blood test for prospective Asperger's. Horrible person. You get two stars as the other staff I have seen were very nice. My partner has also been with Dr Sykes for a while and tells me how brilliant of a doctor he is!

Dr Sykes was fantastic. Took the time to explain what was wrong and what I had to do. Timing for my appointement was quick and I did not have to wait. I did not feel under pressure in my consultation for time; I left with more information than I had from the consultant at A&E. Thank you all.

No disabled parking and no automatic doors… new build has now been fitted with light weight doors… reception nursing and pharmacy staff I cannot fault doctors on the other hand...
