Went to print three files intotal amounting to more than 170 pages. It did not occur to the gentlemen working there to ask if I wanted it to be double- sided. He assumed that I only wnated one side printing and made a ridiculous excuse about PDF printing as it is on the screen when I asked him why he had not printed double-sided. Would not recommend as they are not here to help you but make as much money as they can of customers. In-response to the owners comment: You don't have to read any minds but I believe that it was your responsibility and courtesy to ask and make sure. I don't think it is very professional that you pass on the blame for your mistake. Half of the paper could have been used for someone else. It does not matter if you have a PDF or word document, it will show a single page on the screen (this can be changed) but when you print it, you can change it to double-sided and that is the only way to do it. I have always used Vektra for any previous printing and never had any problem such as this.

Fantastic service, very helpful and friendly. I've had lots of uniforms printed there and a few jumpers. They look great and I've even had them removed and reprinted when they were in the wrong place due to my error. Will use every time and have recommended to friends.
