Going in to my Thai Yoga massage with Laurie, I wasn't sure what to expect being that my friend had kindly surprised me with the appointment and that I had never had a thai yoga massage before. It was one of the best most grounding massages I've ever had, let me tell you! It's a lot different then a traditional massage, but it serves a great purpose in blood flow/circulation, muscles relaxation, and stretches your entire body out. She not only made me feel comfortable and relaxed but was really easy to talk to. After that first appointment I was hooked and bought a package for both reiki and thai yoga massages, all of which continued to help me feel at ease, grounded, and mindful. She's very good at was she does and has a spot on intuition, I definitely plan on visiting her again in the near future and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
