All the staff - doctors, nurses, and receptionists - are kind and understanding. I am a very anxious person by nature and tend to \webMd\ every symtpom to death, and this is one of the few offices I've been to during my lifetime that doesn't make me feel shame when I come to my appointment with dozens of questions. I also appreciate that the office isn't packed during COVID - I was able to maintain a safe distance from all others in the waiting area, which made me feel at ease.

Went into this office as a referral from a trusted friend. Scheduled a visit for a yearly physical check up. A week later, received a bill that I owed 90 for an office visit. They said it was not a yearly physical and they would preform that next visit. Felt like it was a bait and switch tactic and when I called them to ask them to recode it for my insurance they said it was discussed in the visit and the next appt would be the actual physical. They called me back a day later and said they would waive the office visit fee but I would have to find a new provider and would not be welcomed back. Take that as you may when scheduling a new patient consult for your yearly check up. Below is the letter I received from them. Let it be known I never scheduled a follow up visit or missed a scheduled visit. Guess this is their way of putting it in writing.

I had an emergency and was seen by Dr Hernandez since my regular Primary Dr. Zuzak was all booked.He was extremely caring, professional, knowledgeable and thorough which is also how Dr Zuzak has always treated me. LWFM provides the best medical care that I have ever had in my 31 years in AZ! 5 Star treatment!
