I have been thinking about those local businesses that have been there helping us get through this pandemic and Battistelli's comes to mind for me. Batistelli's Independent grocery is a very friendly, safe and well laid out grocery store. I appreciate that all the sale items are clearly displayed. I usually end up coming out of the store with more items than on my list by grabbing some of those sale items. The store has a strong community feel to it and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They do a lot for the community and their generosity is so appreciated.Thanks to Brent and his staff for all their hard work, especially during this very difficult and stressful year. We do not take you for granted. You are all terrific! Ps, shoutout to Debbie

Nicely displayed and clean, a bit small, nice staff and very polite.....it has a hot kitchen with fresh food and made well.....chicken wings, wedges, .....and more ....Price wise its expensive because your paying a premium due to it being in cottage/camp country

There are some friendly staff here and it's the main reason to go. The store has the standard shelf stock as any grocer. The produce section has always been a low spot, and for years. Bad lettuce and fruit, such as berries with mold, being the worst things. Prices and stock can be interesting compared to other stores. The in-store bakery is decent. Lots of parking. Cashiers are nice and real shine when its busy and ppl are uneasy. Really good ppl on those registers! It's ok enough overall to continue giving it business, but I do go to many other stores to get a lot of my other food choices.

It's a good place to shop but often i dont want to buy 2 of something at a sale price but pay more for just one of the items. Not every household needs 2 of them item therefore paying more for the one item . Food Basics does not do that.
