This office ran better before new Drs took over.Waiting 2 weeks for a refill fax to be returned to pharmacy..and still no Dr in the office.

secatorys treat the place like their own personal hang out . Never answer phones just talk the whole time you there . well in the waiting room for the hour and half after your appointment should of started.
I cannot begin to describe my disappointment. My Mother, desperately sick, called the Lively Medical Center Friday morning asking to see Dr. Bayly. She was told twice that Dr. Bayly was not there. She was confused to hear this as one of our local pharmacists had told my Mother that Dr. Bayly was in fact at the Center. After hearing this I myself called only to be told that Br. Bayly was not there. Soon after this, Dr. Bayly called over to the pharmacy to prescribe my Mother something to help her breath. My Mother was lied to, I was lied to and it is my personal opinion that the person who lied to us should be ashamed of themselves. I plan to bring this up with Doctor Bayly myself. I can't believe that a health care professional would act this way to sick patient.
