Twice they've tried to charge me commercial rate for my dodge ram 1500 plates/stickers (passenger vehicle). I just moved here so just paid the first time, then found out it should have been 60 not 265! When I went to address this the lady was very rude and was trying to get me to go weigh my truck to prove it wasnt commercial. I provided dealership documentation that showed the weight was much less than a commercial truck. She was not apologetic at all and sarcastically wished me good luck on getting a refund for the 200 I overpaid for the previous year. Overall horrible service and treatment.
