I've used Address properties for a few years now and they are by far the best letting agent I have come across. They are open and honest with their fees and their maintenance charges are always reasonable, which cannot be said for a lot of the other independent and high street estate agency chains who feel the need to sneak in additional charges wherever possible. The team do a great job and their advice is always in the best interests of the landlord and tenant. I was concerned due to their growth, the service may dip, but I'm pleased to say I haven't experienced this. A real pleasure to work with the team and Address.

Absolutely awful. Lived in one of their properties for a year and had multiple leaks in the roof coming into the rooms and it took them 3 months to fix it. Very rude staff and constantly ignore emails.
