Crc came to my house with their glossy brochure to look at my roof and flat roof, agreed to have them do the work, had to chase them for the quote, they didn't turn up on arranged day to do the work on main roof and flat roof , rang them on two occasions to find out when they would start and was told, I'll ring you back in an hour or 2 on both occasions but they didn't. If they didn't want the work they should have said so instead of stringing me along. Unprofessional.

The business we used was on the back of the trader and was a scam. It is not linked to this company so apologies if I have reviewed this organisation. Please be aware of other fraudelant organisations posing for genuine firms. P.s. please do not make threats to me again or I will take action.
Crosby Roofing did slating work on our property in Formby - prompt and reliable and sorted out the leaks we had, happy to use them in the future.
Received a quote from these people, accepted it, job to be done mid morning the following day, never came, and no answer to my phone messages, when I finally got to speak to the man in charge, he gave a lame excuse about rain, we had no rain or very little, and then put the phone down on me. Would not recommend.
