Homesure Property have been looking after my portfolio of properties in Liverpool for the last 5 years. Living and working in London I was recommended Homesure by a friend to manage the properties and i can honestly say I have never dealt with a more efficient, well run, easy to work with and reliable management company. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with, from lettings through to maintenance and sales. After deciding to sell the portfolio, the sales team recently helped me sell all the houses with great success. I would HIGHLY recommend Homesure!!! Thank you Nick and team.

moved out of a property let by Home Sure recently and due to covid i was unable to reroute a parcel addressed to me to my current address. i contacted them to organise a time to collect my mail . upon arriving to the property i found my parcel had been opened and the contents stolen. they refuse to take responsibility for this and as such i have had to contact the police. i would not recommend them as their contractors will steal from you. Edit: when phoning them they assured me the contractors in the property are their contractors who they have used for years , now they are trying to pass off the blame to someone else by replying that the contractors are nothing to do with them. just to be sure this review is specifically about their contractors who where the only people present at the property when my goods where stolen.
I called today to book a viewing on house. The disgraceful service I have received today explains exactly why the house has been on the market for over 4 months explained I am not available for just 2 days this week which were unfortunately the days they offered me . I asked could I book next week as I'm very interested in the property and highly likely to make an offer I was refused a viewing for next week! When I informed the young lady on the phone I was appalled at the service and would be leaving a review she simply laughed and said ok, thats fine ! I most definitely would not recommend them that you use their service to sell your property.
Homesure Woolton managed my property portfolio for nearly ten years, I had used two other companies before them, Homesure were better by a mile. Since I retired from property letting Homesure have also handled the sale of the five properties involved. I can't recommend their services too highly, they are proffessional and honest.
I've used Homesure twice in the past 2 years to sell houses for me. James was amazing finding buyers both times within days of the properties going onto the market. Not only that, he follows the sale through from start to finish smoothing out any bumps in the road and ensuring that both sellers and vendors are kept well informed. I would highly recommend James, Jim and the rest of team..5 stars from me...both times !!!
