For us, this was just a legality, in preparation for our actual 'Big Day', however, the staff, and of course the stunning building, made this a wonderfully memorable event. Even the appointment to register made the whole experience amazing. I can't begin to explain how fabulous the staff were, so I will just say a massive thank you to you all, for making this a day to remember. Thank you Sarah Edgar and Caolan Smith
Ordered a copy of my birth certificate on January 20th 2020. They said it was posted on 24th January. As of the 6th February I still have not received my copy. They expect me to pay again for this sevice which obviously is not fit for purpose.
They have been brilliant with us from start to Finnish .
Absolutely shocking service. Phone up to book an appointment to be told to go online, been going online for 4 weeks now and never no appointments available.
