In an era where customer care and interaction is mostly digital, Robins&Day staff find a way to remain personal. We were looking to buy our first family car. We have been to numerous dealerships and everyone's response was \whatever exists online is the best we can do\. When we went to Robins&Day the staff did acknowledge that the majority of business is executed online and universally, but they were still able to make it an amazing experience. When we encounter some hurdles buying the car online, they sorted the problem with head offices within minutes. Stephen Little and Mark Kelly were great to communicate with but special praise goes to Daniel Cheng who went above and beyond to complete the process for us as smoothly/fast as possible and get the car to us faster than expected. Daniel's attitude is as if there is no other client than you. We received the car in less than 2 weeks although not in stock with the dealership. Great staff-staff communication and everyone is praising each other! Great team spirit. The fact that the car is amazing is just the cherry on the pie. Buying a car for me is not only the car's performance or reviews, it is who will be selling it to you. Very well done to all of you guys, I do hope this review make people realise that at Robins&Day they can find all they can hope for: great cars and great people for selling and aftercare. 10 stars out of 5!

Ordered a new Motability car only to be given a car without the original specs that I paid the higher deposit for. They didn’t want to know take it up with Motability they said nothing to do with us now . Duped, so be careful of this crew .
