How can you really rate this place. You go there for personal reasons. There is wheelchair access, there are stairs and lifts if you struggle with stairs. You have to identify yourself to security as you walk in. It is quite an old building. There are waiting areas with a water machine if you want a drink and a seated area for while your waiting to be called. Mostly nice people who work there and they try and put you at ease.

Although independent the \judges\ can't help themselves but to assume how your condition affects you not only on a day to day basis but also by law. One judge, an old gentleman, tried to tell me that my condition isn't on the dvla list of disabilities when it clearly is. It's called Marfan's Syndrome. That's how much of an expert in law he is. They seem to think common law doesn't apply to your case if the laws are outside of DWP jurisdiction. My condition means I can't be insured for work yet they didn't even bat an eyelid when I told them and that's how the dvla debate started.
DWP Disability Benefit Appeals Happen Here!! Horrid place, people come in looking nervous, some leave happy, others suicidal!
Tribunal staff clear but e-mail system not working. You may get no reply to e-mails and evidence may not be received.
Access reasonable but waiting room chairs too low for those less able.
