Appalling waiting times. The optician who performed my eye test was efficient and thorough a real pro. The rest of the staff look down their noses at you , lack social skills and customer care. The prices are reasonable, but the way I was treated was appalling. Specsavers lord st. are more efficient, friendly, helpful stay clear of this Allerton road branch unless you like long wait times and no customer care. I was left sitting there and no one bothered to approach me in the least, customers went in and out and I was left sitting there. I walked out, but told them I was not impressed. Covid or not there is no excuse for appalling customer care, or should I say the lack of it.

Always brilliant customer service when I come into this store. The staff are very knowledgeable and so friendly. I spoke with Zoe when entering the store, Adam who dealt with my test and then Joan who helped sort my glasses, but all all staff members made it a pleasant experience and made my kids feel at ease with their first test. The covid restrictions didn’t even seem to effect the test as everything was so seamless. Would 100% recommend to everyone I know.

The eye test itself was very thorough. The staff were very Covid secure, wiping all the surfaces thoroughly and regularly. Took 2 weeks to get my specs but prescription was perfect

I called the shop because my mum had lost both hearing aids due to being very ill in the Royal hospital with Covid. Within an hour they had a replacement pair ready to be picked up, as if not being grateful they also wouldn't take payment for them. Their kindness at this stressful time can't be thanked enough. A big thank you especially to Emma x
