Never more. Glasses ordered two weeks ago. Appointment booked for collection so just pick up (5 minutes) and go. Easy but not for them. I was on my appointment on time, glasses not ready I had to wait 1 hour. After 1 hour I get my glasses with scratched frame. Ridicoulus.

very professional staff members. With great knowledge of there products. Went for a eye test ended up buying 3 pairs for a reasonable price. The store is huge very spacious and clean. Slight wait but didn’t mind browsing while I waited. They had a hearing pod “don’t know what you call it” but did a hearing test with the headphones. My hearing is fine but good to know for the future that I can get some hearing aids. I’ve always lived in Liverpool & and will always go to spec savers Kirkby “free eye test & free hearing test!! Great service 10 stars
