I didnt actually visit i went next door but coincidently I received call from them to arrange home visit for 2yearly free eye test which was happy about as needed new glasses they asked me to confirm which benefit I received when I told them I wasn't as in process of trying to appeal she said it would cost 50 for home visit and not entitled to free test/glasses and confirmed it would be free if was still paid esa but cant help me when I'm getting no money how backwards is that

Outstanding, person centred opticians. Despite being busy staff still give really good customer service. My one gripe with the branch building, was that the room I had my eye test in was really small, and the chair really low, which changed the angle I was looking at the screen, meaning I couldn't see all of it. The optician and I had to swap chairs!
