This nursery is very welcoming, all the staff are very polite they all make sure that they have a good partnership with parents. They are very understanding with different children’s needs and will take into consideration what parents say and how to deal with them as individuals.

Quite a shame. A member of their team feels that a child with autism and another child with behavioural problems are “...up”, cannot repeat as an expletive word was used as a precursor to the word up. I would have thought anyone in this industry would be calm, empathetic and caring
