narrow - minded people who force you to pay for puncturing a tire on a rented bike with argument that it is your fault if you do not pay extra insurance for 13 EUR per day. They also have incorrectly writen Terms and conditions. Rented bikes were not in 100% condition, but you are 100% responsible for anything. Watch out this type of service providers

The rental of the equipment at the arrival went fine, but I wanted to try snowboard for a day and they charged me 15 euro, because it is not possible to swap skies with snowboard. My girlfriend broke one binding on her snowboard due to wear and tear and they charged us 10 euros. We tried to discuss these prices, because they overcharged us compared to their website, but then she started yelling at us and we ended up just accepting the price and then the owner turned into childish-mode and refused to take credit card. I can't recommend this place. Embarrasing service, given the fact that they depends on costumers.
