Formaggi ottimi, sevizio efficiente con possibilità di conservarli sottovuoto.. dipendenti molto disponibili nonostante quello prima di noi avesse chiesto se fosse possibile fare molte fettine per farcire i panini. 5 stelle più che meritate! Ah e ricordo che tutti i formaggi son prodotti e lavorati con il latte locale quindi han sapore inimitabile
