I received a 100 parking fine last Tuesday despite having entered my car reg as instructed. Not only did I come for a hair appointment but I also used the Coop next door. I called the salon and was advised that the fine would be cancelled and I asked for the cancellation of the fine to be confirmed to me by text. No reply. I called again later in the week and this time I also gave my email address asking that the cancellation of the fine be confirmed to me by text or email and again was told that this would be done. A full week later and no text, email or phone call. It costs nothing to email or text.

Best hairdressers ever!....tried all the fancy Edinburgh ones over the years however, Du Beau beats them all hands down, lovely people and exceptionally skilled. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Walked through the door and what a lovely friendly happy atmosphere, I was early, but was seen immediately by the miracle worker, the lovely Claire. So easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted, checked I was comfortable, and did an incredible job on my hair, went in with horsehair, came out styled, hair sleek, conditioned. I really enjoyed the head massage, and being pampered. Would highly recommend this salon.
I followed Claire Brown here from here last salon as she is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I have very curly hair and Claire knows exactly how to style it to make it easier for me. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. This is a lovely friendly salon and easy to park. Highly recommend.

Everyone and I mean everyone, from the receptionist, the colourist, the stylist, the head massagers while they wash your hair make you feel like you are the only customer they have. If you want to feel special and so looked after by highly professional people then this is the only place.
