Really great environment, full of interesting aquatic pets, equipment, plants, decor etc. The atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable, and the staff are so so nice. Have spent quite a bit of time at the store once a week for the past while, and gotten to know Adam and Dale a little bit. They're both really enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and will readily help out if you're unsure about something - it never feels like you're being judged or embarrassing yourself. The animals and plants are really well cared for by staff that know how to properly care for them, and the quality and health of what they keep is always great. Last time I visited I was having some really bad anxiety symptoms, and my mum and I were able to spend a long time in the store while I calmed down - we never felt rushed or like we were in the way. You can shop here knowing that you're not going to feel any kind of pressure, or have anything pushed onto you. Would recommend to anyone at any stage of aquatics related hobbies, from your first steps all the way through.

Lovely store! Some nice fish in there and the staff are great! However the fish are way too expensive and over priced compared to competitor shops nearby but overall a nice store to be in!

I was recommended this place by a friend and I'm very glad I decided to follow his suggestion. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my fishes love their new companions and got a lot of good advice on how to improve their enclosure. Thanks a lot, David!

Love this place, can't stay away. I bought my 1st tank here, then my 2nd,3rd and 4th. Put a special order for my 5th tank so just waiting on getting that and waiting on my special order of female bettas which I also requested. The staff especially Dale is full of knowledge about the hobby and nothing is too much bother. Great selection of fish, tanks and everything you need for your fish.
