Good social distancing and other rules in place, although customers have a tendency to wander randomly making it more difficult. (M&S Food) Good quality produce, highly recommended.

My parents had an accidental in the shop in Livingston and I can honestly say the ladies and the young guy who took care of them were fantastic. They made sure they were okay and offered to get a doctor but typical older generation said they were fine. Think it was more shock and embarrassment they were worried about. Julie and Alison....I can't praise you high enough.

Visit this branch often, have found the staff to be excellent during CV19 epidemic, kind & willing to help in these strange times. Glad to see that track & tracing is now in operation in the cafe site. Shame that the Rainbow sale seems to be a little lacklustre. Hope this M&S continues to trade in Livingston.

Went for a coffee, tables very close together, none where sectioned off at all. No social distancing whatsoever. Edinburgh store is on top of everything. But not livingston....we left and went to debenhams

M&S mainly deals with clothing and accessories They have clothings of all shapes and sizes. They are comparatively cheaper and comfortable. Their products don't remain for more than a week or two on the shelf. Nobody purchases one or two items. It is always bags full.

MandS cafe are doing great with covid guidelines. I'm just disappointed in their gluten free offerings. There is only ever fruit scones which today were hard as nails and not everyone eats raisins. The sandwiches are only egg and cress have nothing to say about that lack of imagination. Come on Marks and Spencers you could do better..
