The only reason they get 1 star is because they have to get 1, my score would be well into minus figures. Came home from holiday in October 2017 (YES 2017) to sky not working. A year later listening to their lies, damage to my house and audio equipment, i got nowhere despite talking to heads of whatever they were who were going to sort yet never heard from them again (happened at least 4 times). This shower of robbers stole money off me for 15 months, left my house a mess and walk away with total disregard for the customer. I would have stopped paying long before but wasn't going to risk credit rating over it and took their phoney promises at face value. Stay well away from these thieves, if we all tell them to do one, they will be stuck with paying these footballers wages and we can have the last laugh watching then go under, nothing could make me happier. Small claims court is my next stop!
