The store when I was in was quite crowded as its a small unit so maybe better yo call ahead. The staff are helpful qnd knowledgeable on mobile devices. Did you know why Vodafone is called Vodafone? It breaks down to Voice Data and Fone

Ali was very helpful when a top up didn't show up in my account. The only thing I've taken a star off for is the waiting time. As the shop can get incredibly busy and there aren't enough staff.

Have been in the Livingston shop a couple of times with minor issues and they have been dealt with quickly and also had extra advice given witch was very helpfull

I am a bid disappointment with this Vodafone in general they give you points for being a customer and now they are telling me that I have got to get rid of 3,000 and odds before the end of the month August 31st.2019 or you lose them I haven't spent all that money for nothing, there is months whereby I haven't used my phone but I have still payed 20 and then they turn over for the next month. Not anymore I'm not spending the money I have.
