Very bad organisation. They sold us tickets for the bus which was already full and we had just to stand and wait till they will send another one. The girl staff member was just running around with her phone saying it will come in 5 mins. We had to wait for 30mins I bought the ticket directly in your office. When the bus at 9.45 arrived it was full already! No space for us! We has to wait 30mins and were late for our excursion in Florence. Kindly see the receipt attached

I spent a week in Livorno and this office was awesome. I dropped in several times with the regular tourist queries about buses and times and options. All the staff were professional, helpful and polite. Thanks!
