Shop was super crowded, staff was not helpful at all. You would see them chatting And laughing with each other in group or couples. There was a huge line to pay (it was reaching the end of the shop) and there were 5 cashiers with only 2 open, while the staff was around doing nothing and at the entrance next to cashiers there were 2 staff members talking instead of going to the cashiers to help (one of course was needed at the entrance). It was absolutely evident that there is no one responsable to check how the store goes, or if there is someone, he is also there chatting with the rest. Horrible experience
